Welcome to Real Estate News For both purchasers and vendors in the Tweed Valley and Murwillumbah, the news is all good. At a recent meeting of Property Valuers, the North Coast market was discussed and the general consenous was that this area is one of the more bouyant markets in the North Coast. Wategoes Beach and Byron Bay are still the big movers, but who wants to live there. Evidence has indicated that Murwillumbah in particular has shown a dramatic increase in the residential market since early 2006 and the rural surrounds especially the large holdings are obtaining exceptional increases. The good news is that vendors are obtaining a price that satisfies them and purchasers can see an increase in capital appreciation.
